Make a Difference
As many will know, we have two young children (Daisy is 12 years old, and Harry is nine) who are progressing well in both bike and motorcycle trials .
For the past few years Daisy rode as a member of a British Motorsport Race team, with that team now no longer active, she is seeking a new principle sponsor for herself or hopefully the family team alongside Harry. They have both represented brands professionally and produced exceptional results for such a young age.
Currently Daisy has:
Two British Motorcycle Championship and a second place in the 2022 Championship after moving up to an older category. In 2023 she won the first three rounds before having to decide between that or the World Championship Bike Trial. For 2024 she has moved up a year early to ride the B class against older girls on tougher sections. She started the year with a podium at every round despite being restricted to just 80cc, through the year she hasn’t been off the podium and eventually stood on the top step as just 12 years old. For 2025 she has to ride this class, and she’s confident with the years experience and doesn’t regret leaving the C class.
Four UCI British Bike Trials Championship titles, three in the Youth Girls (9-11 yrs) category, one in the Girls category (12-15).
Two times National Cup Bike Trial Champion, once in the White Primary (under 10s) and this year in the Blue Intermediate (under 15s).
Third in the World at the 2023 UCI World Youth Games in the Youth Girls 9-11 years age category after finishing 4th the year before in her first time abroad as part of Team Great Britain, and only her fifth actual bike competition.
11th in the 2024 UCI World Youth Games (12-15 years), qualifying for the finals in her first year in this age class.
Fifth in the World at the BikeTrial International Union (BIU) World Championship in the Women’s Class, riding mainly against 17-19 year olds.
Part of the Scunthorpe Youth team that won the East Midlands Centre Youth Trials Championship in 2023.
Twice winner (2023 and 2024) at the Viborg, Denmark International Bike Trial competing against the boys.
Recipient of several key awards including the Frank Lever Trophy: awarded each year by the main committee for, in its opinion, the most improved rider associated with the club (trophy donated to the club by Doreen Rowland in memory of her late first husband Frank), and the Emma Bristow Trophy.
Regularly gets 10-60K views on social media videos (people are not expecting a 12 year old girls be able to ride like she does)
Harry, while only nine years old is following in his big sister’s tracks and regularly rides against older riders.
2024 Vice BIU British Champion in the 10 and under category.
Vice Champion at the National Cup 2024 in the under 11s
26th at the UCI Bike Trials World Youth Games in the 9-10 year old class
Seventh at the 2024 Biketrial International Union (BIU) World Championship in the under 10s
Tenth in Europe for the under 10’s in 2023.
2023 Lincoln MCC Club Champion.
2023 Scunthorpe Conducted Route Champion, currently leading the 2024 D class championship.
2024 was a hectic schedule of both national and international events, with costs of around £20-25K. Particularly on the bikes, we are up against riders from other nations that receive funding and team support (coaches, physios, travel budgets etc). While British Cycling made a profit of £35 million last year, and have corporate sponsorship from Shell PLC, the British Trials riders receive not only no support, but little recognition despite continually outperforming other disciplines. As the first female to represent Team Great Britain, Daisy is proud to represent her country, but we need help to tackle the worlds best.
2025 and beyond promise to be even more eventful, but also costly to chase after success.

Any help, no matter how big or small will make a huge difference.
